Hello I also have a serious question about the mirana iud I had it put in about 7-8 months now and had a battle with it for the 1st few months with cramps and spotting but now I have discovered a strong odour coming from down there it's gotten very bad now and I'm not sure what to do at this point as I have already gone to the doctors and had an ultrasound done was told its in the right place. I had to be put under in order to get it in as my cervix is swollen and my uterus is crooked so as ppl can be aware it took a lot to have this put in and this time was the 3rd time but I had to be put to sleep for it. Some advice would be greatly appreciated to deal with this nasty smell that u can no longer handle anymore. Thank you
