I got my Mirena iud put in 5/01/2015 had my period still up till august 2015 which was my last period . I haven't had my period since than . End of September 2017 this year till today  october 19,2017  I have had very sore boobs , nausea , bad pain in my side of my stomach an pulling  to the point it hurt so bad I cried . Today, I started spotting blood should I be concern an seek medical attention ????
