Yeah, you can't trust reviews. I learned that the hard way. Whether it's for a product u wanna buy but aren't sure about or needing info on something before trying it, or about a drug's side effects. If you don't want to end up not getting any better or in worse shape, I advise you to use websites like CDC's, FDA's, drugs.com, & the Mayo Clinic, to name a few I know of (that I can remember) that have been accurate. Definitely use CDC for updates on the coronavirus! There's way more on there than you'd think as diseases can change the planet at great costs to society, our economy, businesses, & everything in-between. If you have more sites you trust for some kind of information to help anyone, please add them!. Since we're on the topic of weight gain & eating right & exercising, I added the websites because they might help also. Another thing is don't rely on Influenster, because I did & purchased something thinking I couldn't go wrong considering the site is based entirely on reviews for all kinds of things including makeup & food. So, don't go there for an easy way to see what foods you'd like to try with your diet.
