mistake on circumcision

there is a peice of skinn going from my head of my penis to my shaft it goes right over that little indend thing, it looks like it was a mistake when i was circumcised, also if i pinch it and pull it up i can see through it so its kinda like a bridge going over the indent almost it always gets caught on like my zipper and it hurts alot
