Hi there guys. So I forgot to add this to my previous topic. When you are dealing with something that is called hypotension, I believe that it is very important to know what are the signs and symptoms of it. A lot of people can't recognize the symptoms in this disease because they are pretty much the same like for some other diseases. Now, I think that it is time to change it. Also, it would be really helpful to discuss about the treatment options. What are the best treatment options and how effective they are? Thank you in advance.

Hey there.

The main signs and symptoms of hypotension are : dizziness or light-headedness, blurry vision, confusion, weakness, you are feeling tired, you feel sickness in your stomach. This is a problem that can happen within a few second when you stand up from your seat or when you stand up from your lying position. In that case you may feel that you're going to faint, or you may actually faint. These signs and symptoms go away if you sit or lie down for a few minutes until your blood pressure adjusts to normal. Of course, consult your doctor.

Good day there. Yes, like Couch potato told you, those are very common signs and symptoms of this issue. Without the treatment, your symptoms may get worse and worse. You may faint or fall often, which can lead to injuries, such as a broken bone or I don’t want to mention something else that also can be bad. Also, you may be at increased risk for depression, confusion, and you can have some memory problems. Hypotension may cause decreased blood flow to your brain and heart. This may lead to a stroke or heart attack and can be life-threatening. Sepsis-related hypotension is life-threatening without treatment. Treatment option is prescribed by your doctor.

Hello there. That all depends. Depends on the type of the hypotension. But generally you can do some things at home, you can treat it naturally alone. Anyway, you will need to contact your doctor because you maybe going to need some pills for it. Here are a couple of advice. At the beginning, stand up gradually firs thing in the morning when you get up from your bed. You can also stretch in your bed before you get up, this can help you a lot. Also, avoid standing for long periods of time. It is very important to avoid caffeine at night and you also need to limit your alcohol intake.
