It could be some type of flu or some kind of infection.

Vomiting and high fever are usually flu symptoms and they shouldn’t be ignored. Sore muscles can occur in children as well as in adults so consult with your doctor to determine what is in question.

If the fever isn’t that high it is probably not some dangerous and emergency type of the flu but why risk it.

You can try to cure this by yourself but giving your daughter bunch of different medications for lowering fever maybe isn’t that wise. Chicken soup and hot tea will probably help with upset stomach as well with the fever but one more day of this condition and you should definitely visit the doctor’s office. Let us know what has happened in the end.

I had this at 10 years old when I lived in California. We had immigrants from all over but mostly Vietnam and Mexico. For me it was just as you described except it was only one day not 3. I've also had Lymes along with my daughter and our dog. She described hers like your description but mine would come and go in different places starting from my feet to my head as it gradually progressed over my entire body over months. My dog was debilitated immediately. Lymes is different for all and is across the entire U.S.. Despite the lack of awareness there are thousands of strains of Lymes.
