My son is 3yrs old.. He has a nose bleed.. I can stop it for about 4 or so hrs. But when he bleed its like water and its go everywhere.. What can i do for it?

My son is 12 Ànd had 2 nose bleeds at 3am and 5.30am. Its the first time ever. There was no heating on to cause dryness. Should I be concerned?
