i noticed my 3yrs old boy had a slight temperature yesterday night and by this morning he has swollen nodes under his jaw. what could have caused this and what are the implication to a child of this age, and is there anything i could use for him. i am really worried because this is my first time of encountering this.

dont worry,it got inflamed coz of local infection...most commanly its due to,tonsilitis,sinusitis or ear infection...so chill

Swelling of the lymph nodes are based on an illness so if you are saying that your son has a slight temperature, it sounds to me like he is sick with something, perhaps it could be tonsilitis or something like that. What other symptoms does your son have? In any case, it would probably be a good idea to take him to see a doctor for a course of treatment.
