My wife was told by her surgeon that she has a damage spleen and her options are??

I suggest she go to a local naturopathic office and be put on some Standard Process supplements. These are tissue-building and -repairing supplements that I think would greatly benefit her. Call up some in your area and ask if they have these supplements. I'm currently on one to help repair my vocal cords after a very bad burn injury. What caused the damage? Was it trauma?

Surgeons are very quick to remove a spleen because of the amount of blood that can be lost if it ruptures. It may heal on its own, and BT's advice will help.

You definitely need to keep an eye on her. Internal bleeding and shock is one of our main concerns in any trauma situation where a spleen injury is possible.
