Hi there! Here I come to help you. I actually had a problem of that kind with my ex boyfriend and I tried to help him was talking to the docs and reading medication books but nothing helped and I finally left him to “fight” alone with his narcissism, for anyway there was no room for me in his ideal and beautiful world. I’ll tell you how you can diagnose him with narcissism by yourself and the signs and symptoms of narcissism are- he is preoccupied with himself and with fantasies of huge success, power and beauty, he has huge sense of self-importance and entitlement, he thinks he is special and unique, he doesn’t show no empathy and is arrogant and envious and also believes that others are envious of him. If you’ve noticed these symptoms than your boyfriend might have something that is called narcissistic personality disorder and in some cases psychotherapy might be of help but generally there’s no way to persuade people with narcissism that at some point they need such a treatment for in bases they are actually afraid of being rejected and are suffering from the constant need to be the best and the prettiest. And as far as I’m concerned narcissism is a real disorder, it’s ok for teenagers having a bit of narcissism it is something like a normal developmental phase but if this condition is prolonged than it is the sign of serious disorder.
