I had 11 fused in all, anterior and posterior in my neck and 2 thoracics fused just 3 mths ago. Yesterday I seen the xray, 3 out of 5 are crooked. One screw is completely out of the bone. What now? I was told after surgery a collar was not needed. Yesterday, he wrote a script for a soft collar, but gave no instructions on how long to wear it, just simply hurried out the room without answering my questions. He wanted to do another surgery asap, but I got out of Dodge. Can the screw move or what happens now? Anyone ever had this happen before you even see the doctor post op? I still wear ice packs 24/7 on my neck. PdR
