There are already threads like this one: https://www.steadyhealth.com/pain_during_urination_after_ejaculation_t103957.html

But I have as of late had the addition that sometimes into the whole process of emptying the bladder a while after ejaculation, with that itchy but elusive and crippling "non-feeling" (although very real) appearing prompting the whole spectacle, I get a short clinging, tearing pain in the penile area in some stage of passing urine. It sort of goes up and reaches a critical point but then quickly subsides, all in a matter of I dont know, 4 seconds? It is like a pinching sensation.
It is very hard to pin down where exactly, but I wouldn't say the testicles but rather the urethra-or deeper and inwards from there somewhere, or a general area, overall.

I have a problem with climaxing like a normal person because of short and tight (intact) foreskin and I generally force it, and sometimes ejaculate before even getting any natural lubrication ,in a matter of minutes after getting the initial erection. When I take my time, like laying down, I ejaculate differently and more. It is not as black and white as this, and it not that I dont get any semen or ejaculation fluid with the hurried sessions - but it is just a lot less, more like when one has ejaculated more than once in a day, or every day for several days, its just like "bleh" and not enjoyable and obviously comes about the wrong way somehow. I get no pain or anything, its just the described uneasiness / discomfort after ejaculating, with the clinging feeling happening once or twice now, broken up as said, but nothing weird than that it doesen't tap into the whole pleasure and seems meaningless. I think I have gotten this when getting more "true" climaxes as well.

I'm just seriously scared out of my life that I'll go sterile or something if its semen, stalled/delayed secretion, or urine getting forced back in or the likes, I dont know.

Sorry about the long post, I'm thankful if someone can help.
