Normal bleeding? Something is wrong.

Okay so at the beginning of february when my period was due I had wierd bleeding.It was pink,red,pinkish-red and even a little brown.The fact of it is is that it wasnt how it usually would be when i would always have something on my pad and it usually showed up in the toilet when i urinated. I would have little spots to about a medium amount of blood on the pad and maybe once a day it would show up when i urinated other times it wouldnt show at all...just urine..this lasted about 5 days(my normal period lasts about 3).Then again on February twenty third (when my period wasnt even due another week and a half) i had little bleeding it would be a little less than a medium amount of blood and it only seemed to happen once or twice a day.It showed up maybe once or twice in the toilet during the 2 1/2 days the bleeding occured.I have also been urinating more and i have gained about 3 to 5 pounds.I am sexually active and not on birth control and we do use condoms.The last time me and my man had sex(january 17) i believe he MAY have pre-cummed in me a little.
