I have had daily mild to moderate pain from an external hemorrhoid for 15 years now. One surgeon said she wouldn't operate the other said come back when it's bigger. I am at my wits end. This has stolen my life. I can't do anything physical without feeling discomfort. Should I request that it be removed. I have thought about this for such a long time and I'm at the point where I just want it dealt with.
