Hi Rakesh,

Having one or even no testicles shouldn't make you unfit.

But, you have a problem.  You need to find out where that other testicle is.  Did it atrophy, maybe from testicular torsion?  Did it ever descend?  Did it retract?

You MAY be at INCREASED risk of testicular cancer.

See a urologist, today.

Good luck.

I can't help you with the visa medical report. I can't see why it would make you unfit. It's not contagious and not going to impair your ability to work.
Good luck with new job.

I can't help you with that. Contact your future employer(s). Really, there is NO PROBLEM. Lots of guys only have one testicle, most have two, some even have MORE than that. I can't see why it would be a problem.

Your testicle didn't "disappear." If you had a testicle, then it probably became an ascending testicle and got stuck somewhere in your pelvis or lower abdomen region. I don't know what the health problems stemming from cryptorchidism may be, but the health insurance may have to fork out a lot of money to either do an orchiopexy... although seeing as to how it's been stuck for 7-8 years, it might not be viable anymore, so the dead testicle would have to be removed at that point. Either way, it sounds as if the prospective employer sees you as a potential medical liability. You'd probably have to get this matter sorted out before you apply. However, instead of asking random people on this board, you really should address this issue with the company itself.
