I want 2 know that is the transplantation of testis is possible? Will it b working after transplantation? Whats the procedure regarding that? My father is ready 2 b doner

At this time it is not possible to do a transplant from a donor. What you may hear/read about are "autotransplants." The testicle, usually having not descended, is removed from the body and placed into its proper location.
There are experiments being done so maybe in time this will happen.

I've heard about testicle transplants, but maybe a lab grown one would be a better choice. I had one of my testicles removed because of cancer about a year ago, but I've read about lab grown trachea transplant (it was performed in 2008 by dr. Paolo Macchiarini) and I've found that dr Anthony Atala at Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine is working on growing testicle in the lab. Of course it is much more complex organ than trachea so it would take a time to create it, but there is hope.
