I saw an episode about love potions* on tv where they claimed that spit is the only love potion since it contains pheromones*(?). Pheromone is a hormone. The female body is never as full of hormones as when you have your periode. (perhaps when pregnant) So I think it would make sence and have a natural explenation if it would bild a stronger bond... (Sry for my bad English)

If you don't want to do it, then don't do it.  If you do, and your partner doesn't, then too bad, they don't know what they are missing.  If both of you want to do it, then enjoy.    I do like it.  Even playing "Kissy Face" afterwards when we go to the next step.  The question of the moment is whether we will do oral for each other (69) after we finish having sex.  "It ain't nobody's business but yuo own."   ;^)

If you are worried about STD's, oral sex during her period isn't the only time you should be cautious. Menstrual blood isn't the only way to get STD's. Just sayin'

:-) All I know is that I've been doing oral sex at ALL times and I've not heard of nor contracted any hepatitis, std's, or any other problems. That is not to say it can't happen, BUT, with care and testing, it seems that the risk is small.

 

That's ridiculous. You can get all of those things without necessary precautions when she is not menstruating. Use a dental dam or Saran wrap, perfectly safe. The explanation you have just sounds childish.

WELLLLL< LOL, Sleeping for 365 days is probably not possible. BUT, I sleep 365 nites a year , naked and my partner sleeps most of those also and naked. I'm not sure about all that reward stuff.

This is actually mentioned in the Tantras [books written about 12th centaury In India and Asia] as being good for the man. In fact (also mentioned in the Tantras) there is a lot of talk recently about semen being good for women in that it has be shown to be an antidepressant and even believed to have anti-ageing properties. I feel that it is most likely that menstrual blood has the same effect on men that semen does on women, though I suspect it may be a while before any serious study is done on this. We are the only male mammal that on average seems to find menstrual blood revolting, as in general, male mammals find it the ultimate aphrodisiac, as now do I. I, like many young men learning sex with my first girlfriend, wanted to see her swallow my semen during oral sex. Unlike other men though I was willing to reciprocate completely and my girlfriend suffered from bad period pains.
