I can't pee not because it doesn't want to come out, its because when my muscle contract I feel that pain up to my butt hole. Its really weird and the pain is like I cut my skin inside. Many women have unexplained pain during sex. This is a very sensitive topic that many doctors don’t have insight into as there is no found cause and they have nothing to operate with.
I don’t know if you had previous sexual experiences or if your boyfriend’s your first of if the pain started after your surgery.

I reckon that you should contact a doctor who specializes in sexual pain. They have all sorts of different approaches in dealing with it and you may get some relief.
