I had un-protected sex for the first time about a week and 3 days ago. My problem is that i have had slight pain in my testicles that comes and goes. It is very noticeable. I have no pain during urination but sometimes this slight pain in my testicles radiates through my groin. What could this be?

I have a similar problem. I wake up in the morning with an aching pain that generally subsides when I get up. There is also a inflammation that comes and goes. I had an ultrasound nothing serious. It was diagnosed as epididymitis and I was given antibiotics for six weeks and there was some improvement. As the problem did not go I was referred to Urologist who prescribed another 4 weeks double dose and there was an improvement towards the end of the course but as it has stopped so has the pain returned.
