Hi. I had the same problem, due to an injury. Some common causes of pain in testicles include injuries, infections and inflammations and testicular torsion. Testicular torsion is most common in men between 10 and 20 years old. Some infections, such as epididymitis and orchitis may be the cause of your problem. Sometimes fluid in your testicles can cause swelling. There are few types of fluid collection, such as varicocele, spermatocele and hydrocele. Hernia, or an unrelieved erection may also be the cause of testicle pain. Apply ice to the scrotum and try some over-the-counter pain killers.
