My testicles hurt as if someone punched me, but I'm not swollen everything seems fine but hurts like crazy I been having this for two days I just wonder what is can be, I'm scared and I do wanna have kids

I too experienced this problem, one of my testicles is aching, I do not know what is the reason behind it. I immediately consult a doctor and did some laboratory tests including ultrasound. A doctor found some "bad veins" in the testicle that's why he gave me medicine for it, somehow it solves the problem but there are times the pain is still there but not the same pain I felt without taking the medicine. I am also afraid of what could really the reason. What comes in my mind is my diet, the food I usually eat, I usually eat eggs, junk foods and processed foods, I minimize the consumption of them and somehow it made me feel better.
