Lately I've been having pains in my lower abdomen and some times a sharp pain, like a stab, goes through me lower back. And I haven't been having normal periods, I didn't have one at all this month. And when I do have them I'll bleed for long periods 7 to 10 days, or only for 2 or 3. And there is also a dark spot of skin on my area. Please I realy need to know what to do.

The most logical thing to do at this point especially if you have been having weird periods is to go see the gynecologist. Women's periods should only be weird or not normal on very few occasions.

Go get checked out asap.

Actually, there are so many women out there with periods problems that just can't be regulated. They can be controlled by taking bc pills but after getting off the pills, the problem continues and there's nothing you can do about it.

There could be a few reasons of your troubles and Charming_shrew is right, you do need to see a gynecologist. You didn't say how old you were but the problems could be ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, etc

All of these reproductive disorders can cause the symptoms you've described.
