•Pains in the stomache with cramping and diarrhea

Hi my name is katrina im from CA.
im knew to this
ive been going through alot of health issues the past two months.
im 18yrs old with a 2 year old son. i had my son when i was 16. hardest desicion on my life but would never change it i love him more than anything anyway after he was born i went on the depo shot i bleed for more than a year straight none stop bleeding, well after a year and half of being on the depo i switched to the IUD i was on the for more than 8 months and started having problems i was always hurting couldnt do anything is was horriible. well about a month ago i got the IUD out and found out i have 5 infections in my ovaries.
i took medication and about two days ago my medication was dont ever since the medication ive been having the most painful crampin pain in the world. i cannot touch my stomach i havent ate in two days i can barley breath without it hurting its just completley painful.
i have the worse pains in my stomach i have no clue what it could be.. if anyone has any opinons or any kind of feedback please feel free to let me know..
