I had a cyst surgically removed from the underside of my penis 24 hours ago. Gauze was heavily wrapped around my penis after the procedure. After the procedure I was asked to urinate and I did with a steady stream. After I arrived home I urinated with a steady stream, but in the afternoon when I urinated it was a spray pattern. It has been that way since yesterday afternoon. This morning it actually hurt when I urinated and it sprayed. Is this a routine occurrence that is caused by the bandage, or is it a urethra problem?
