Penis pain and problem going to the toilet?

I've been having penis pain for 3 years now but also for a long time (it might be as long as when the problem started I cant remember) been having problem going to the toilet (bowel movements). I'm able to go to the toilet but I usually do once a day but sometimes I skip a day. But what I'm wondering is it the problem with bowel movements causing my penis pain? Please answer this pain is ruining my life.  I have gone to the doctors about this 4 times now and I have my fifth one tuesday.
