I was having sex last night and something happened that felt like some skin tore just below the vaginal opening. It bled just a little and hurt quite a bit, but I wasn't too concerned. Now, using a mirror, I see that there is a soft lump in my anus. Could this just be inflamed skin around the tear? Or is it something different/separate? I'm really worried and won't be able to see a doctor for a while.

Since there is only one bump, its most likely a pimple... if it looks like one and if its underneath your skin. If its a growth on top of your skin, it could be a possible STD.
As for the tear, thats perfectly normal. In fact, many many women get tears during sex. It can happen when the vagina hasnt been stretched properly or enough. The more lubrication the better. I used to get tears too. I didnt have sex for a few months, and it healed. Before, it would heal quickly and I would immediatelt have sex again and it would tear again.
This time, after a few months, it healed properly and the next time I had sex, there was plenty of lub. Now I dont have this problem anymore.
Just make sure you are very wet the next time you have sex, and make sure your man is gentle. If the bump doesnt go away or get better withing a few days, see a doctor.
