Period late for more than two weeks?

Hello

last month I been with my boyfriend a lot and he would sleep with me but we didn't have sex. We just make out and stuff. when he would have seman in his hands he would wipe it off with a tissue or wet wipes. Then he would touch me but over my clothes. So it's impossible to get pregnant like this? I am freaking out because it's the first time my period is this late and I don't know the reason. And I hate going to hospitals and stuff that's why I am asking now
