i am 40 years old.so not niave in the topic of periods but this is confusing me slightly of late. my periods are regular and i have them very heavy, but lately ive experienced very bad cramps almost like ive food posioning its that bad,nausea is awful, and the usual back ache, tender breasts., do these symptoms get easier with age as i was led to believe as seems to be getting worse., from the time i started my periods at 17 till i was 30 i felt so lucky as only symptoms i ever got was a stiffback, and the odd cramps and diarrhea - to some that may not sound lucky lol but i very rarely suffered with anything., this what im experiencing now is beyond a joke,along with severe mood swings.,.... thankyou mother nature!
