The fact you have had periods is an indication that you are not pregnant, though not a guarantee. But there are no indications that you are pregnant. That is the menstrual flow (period) which occurs about a fortnight after ovulation. Usually, each 'month' one of your ovaries discharges an egg, generally from alternate ovaries. Sometimes it can happen that both ovaries discharge an egg in the same month. That is one of the reasons any time you have sexual intercourse there is a risk of pregnancy following.
You state you have had regular periods, and then a change, but you have given no dates. Also the brown discharge is likely to be old blood from a previous period.
