for the past week i have had this pinching pain in what feels like my fallopian tubes. sometimes the pain moves towards the center and its just a dull throb in my uterus. my period should be here soon, within the next 3 days i hope, but i know it isn't premenstrual cramps because i have never had this pain before. i also know i don't have endometriosis because i had a laparoscopy in august and the doctor's checked for it.
i did have unprotected sex all month with my boyfriend because i forgot to start my new pack of birth control, but we used the pull out method. and i know its not an std, me and my boyfriend have both been tested, and we are both very faithful.
on monday the doctor had me have a vaginal ultrasound, and according to the nurse who called me with my results...there were no abnormalities. help anyone? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

i also forgot to put i've had an increase in vaginal discharge. it doesn't smell and there is not itching or burning pain..just annoying if anything.

I have the exact same thing. Getting laparoscopy. Did you ever find out what yours was? Will keep you updated. One doc tried to tell me PID but I never tested positive to any bacteria/stds etc. so it's never been confirmed. Laparoscopy will confirm for sure if I somehow have that. I've had all other tests (endoscopy/colonoscopy/ct scan/mri)... nothing confirmed yet

Could be ovulation this happens to me also and you get an increase in vaginal discharge.
