Hi! I had a massive amount of antibiotics about 8 months ago, resulting in a vaginal infection (I thought).  But it just never went away, no matter how many Rxs I was given or for how long, Finally, 6 months ago my GYN did a tiny biopsy on one spot of my labia. Results: negative for infection. He told me to stop using toilet paper as it wasn't all being wiped off (LOL) and tried real hard, but was too polite, to tell me that the problem is sweating in the folds of skin around my labia due to a recent weight gain.  I am not HUGE and I am almost OCD about keeping clean. The problem which still exists, is a pinching feeling in the same spot the doc took the biopsy (which is very painful), especially upon sitting, my panties are always stained with either something clear or white. but only where the biopsy was taken, it itches like crazy in just that spot and smells terrible. I am getting sort of paranoid that others may be able to smell it.  I am 63, menopause was over years ago, I've had a total hysterectomy, vaginal cancer 20 years ago and endometrial cancer 15 years ago. I am not sexually active. Too embarrassed to go back to my otherwise wonderful GYN doc.  Ideas?
