Ok so my boyfrend and I had sex without a condom and the next day i took plan b but then that same weekend we had sex without a condom again.. would Plan B work?????

Plan B does work for an extended period it's basically an abortion in a pill but only strong enough to kill any sperm or fertilized eggs. You can use Plan B as much as you want but note that Plan B is very bad for your body and continual use may cause infertility.
