You say that cum, semen, is coming out when you sleep sometimes. That is normal. Those are called "nocturnal emissions" or "wet dreams."
I don't understand "my cum is not coming inside my body when i am pissing."
Semen normally does not go into your body when you are urinating.
If you are masturbating semen would come out of your penis, your urethra, and out of your body when you are ejaculating. It is not the same as "pissing." Semen would come out just as it would when you are sleeping.
