I highly doubt that you are pregnant. Often the mental stress of thinking you are pregnant can cause a lot of the symptoms that you've described. I honestly, would not worry about it too much. Also remember that your period is never a PERFECT schedule. However, you are the only one who knows your body that well. Keep in mind that stress can cause you to be late. My advise is if you are late, take a home pregnancy test. Again, I really don't think that you are pregnant, but at the same time I can understand your mental anguish and I know that you will never be 100 % comfortable in anyones response until you know for certain that you are not pregnant.

I honestly doubt that you are prego it seems more like stress induced symptoms. But if you truly are concerned and are due for your cycle in 4 days you can actually try a hpt now some can pick up as early a before you missed cycle
