A vagina is basically a potential space. It remains collapse or closed until something (penis, speculum,dildo) is inserted.
A vagina is extremely elastic and can change it's shape, thickness, and texture. But it need lubrication and some time to adjust to anything inserted.

The walls feel kind of soft like a wrinkly pillow except for the front where the "G" spot is. That feels kind of soft and smooth. All the way in at the bottom is the cervix.
