I'm going thru puberty and need help!

? As much info as possible... please, I'm only doing this for fun and to be helpful - you'd need to buy a library to get THAT much information. Check out yoru local bookstore, health section, they'll almost certainly have some books explaining what a young girl can expect as she goes through puberty.

Feel free to be embarassed to buy it - but buy it anyway - we all went through it. I found a book on my bed when I was 12, and that was the 'father son' talk. It was still massively embarassing just to know that they knew. Ouch.

So go buy a book, or ask your mom, or find a nurse at school, or your pharmacist - they've all been there and will be happy to help.

- you're already familiar with period, breasts developing etc., so that's basically it. That was quick.

For help on hygiene, dealing with your period etc. again, check with your doctor (you may be restricted from an appointment below a certain age), or again, the bookstore, nurse, mom, or similar.

And please, please, do be patient when it comes to sex - be responsible, learn about contraception, and dare I ask, wait till you're 18.

It'll arrive soon enough, and all too soon after that, it is a distant memory.
