So I had a pimple on my butt cheeck but it wasn't huge but I was in allot of pain I couldn't take it anymore i popped it !!! It was just blood coming out but it was a small pimple nothing huge Should I go to Emergency ???????

So I went to the bathroom & saw a reddish what looks like to be a pimple. I popped it, and pus came out followed by blood. I’m trying to figure out what’s happening to me. Can you help?
