Pregnacy after birth control pill for a person with POCS

Hi ,

I am a 27 years old married woman. Since my teenage, i had delayed menstural periods. My normal cycle was between 30-40 days. Last year in march, i got my periods naturally after 1month and 23 days. Next month i got normal cycle in 35 days. After that i didn't get my cycle for about 2months and i had to take medicines to get my periods and finally i got them after 2.5 months. Meanwhile i also started getting aches and rashes on my skin (i always had clear skin before that)
i went to see a doctor and she said i might be suffering from POCS and she put me on birth control pills YAZ for 6 months.
Medicine really helped me and i started getting periods regularly without any pain.
I am taking these pills from last 3 months and now me and my husband wants to stop them and plan for a baby.

I am not sure what should i do, should i continue YAZ? How difficult would it be to concieve for me? Will POCS affect my pregancy ? How much time will it take to finally hear some goos news?

Any advice will be appreciated.
