hi im cramping really bad ive had it a week now and now when i sit down on the toliet but it doesnt hurt when i go i just get shape pain and it goes around from the front to the back and its really sore and ive took feminex for period pain but ive got the bar and i had my first discharge was little bloody and i havent had sex for about 6 months but when i switched from the injection to the bar i had intercourse 3 weeks after and now im get the cramps i think its only cramps but they are really sore please help me out thanks
