pregnancy after mymectomy surgery

Hi I'm in the middle of a pregnancy scare. August 30th me and my boyfriend were fooling around and he was putting his hand in my... but before this he had came but we wiped it all away with a t shirt and he didn't do it immediately after he came. However I'm still afraid to be pregnant. I got my 7 day period in September it started light got heavy and went light again. It is now October and my period was supposed to come today but it didn't and I'm really really worried. I've been stressing over this a lot because I'm sure it was my period last month like it was heavy and 7 days but I'm still paranoid. I feel like my period won't come this month like I think I'm having small cramps but idk if it's actual cramps or just my anxiety. I've been stressing out about being pregnant so much because I can't right now I can't be pregnant :( I also have an irregular cycle so maybe that's why but I don't know Im just freaking out someone help please :(
