Chances are low but they do exist.
The effectiveness of Plan B varies depending upon how soon you took it. It should be about 85% effective up to 48 hours.

You don't immediately get pregnant or implant. It takes some time. Plan B alters the mucous to make it harder for the sperm to travel and also changes the lining of the uterus to prevent implantation.
