pregnancy scare (from the guy)

I'm so scared right now it's unbelieveable, I really need your help. So me and my gf were fooling around, and I went to adjust myself and may (or may not have) gotten a small amount of pre-ejaculate on my finger, without thinking I then inserted my finger inside her. Later that same day she tells me she has started her period, about a week or so later she has become ill (vomiting), she insists this is norovirus as several others of her family are also sick, my question is have I pregnated her and is this why she has been sick? Please help, I cannot sleep anymore my mind is conflicted in thought!:(
