i am 30 year old. I got married last year, and till last month everything was fine. one day I tried masterbating with my hands and after 15-20 mins too i was not able to ejaculate. I was able to ejaculate during intercourse and during self masterbate also. I am nervous why it is not getting ejaculated now and even there is pain in my penis after doing so but still unable to ejaculate after self masterbate. now we are planning for a baby and if the same thing continues during intercourse also then it is very fearful to me. Please help me and suggest what to do. I do smoking also.
