I'm sorry if this sounds silly, but why couldn't the doctor who diagnosed the pineocytoma help you?

While most pineocytomas are benign, they can still be problematic and exhibit the symptoms you are having. It needs to be taken care of for sure.

My suggestion, obvious as it seems, is to contact your doctor for advice and help.

I have recently been diagnosed with pineocytoma and I have all of the same symptoms as you. I saw a neurosurgeon and was told to hold off on surgery as long as possible because of how invasive it is. I believe that growths in this area is so rare that the doctors don't know what to do- from what I've been told.
