I delivered my baby boy 2 weeks ago 7 pounds 5 oz.it was a normal delivery but i got 4 th degree stitches.Now i my bowl movement is coming out of my vagina and i am just too confused about it.I suspect that this is happening because i am taking stool softner prescribed by the doctor but don't know exactly.Can u guide me as to why this could be happening????????

it sounds like you have a tare in the wall between your vigina and rectum ............it is a very serious condition and you need to see a medical proffessional as soon as possible
