I'm a 16 year old male.
I've never been able to ejaculate, and here's why;
Every time I've tried my penis has started hurting. Like my urethra and scrotum's loaded with spikes. It causes me to flinch down into a ball-movement awkwardly and painfully disrupting what I'd started. I basically never get to finish. I started trying when I was 13 or 14, but gave up when I had the same result time upon time upon time. This year, 2010, I haven't even tried to go past the stage where I get an erection and feel mild pain. I can predict the result.
I don't think it has anything to do with it, and my doctor said it didn't, but I have pretty tight foreskin. I can't get my skin down all the way since my frenulum is about 1 cm under my urethra opening.
Not being able to ejaculate, knowing there is something wrong with me is the source of much angst, worrying, annoyance, anger and depression for me.
Whenever I have a wet-dream I "pee" Cowper's fluid from what I've understood, since according to some person on Yahoo answers;

Quote:

No. That was precum, also known as bulbourethral fluid, or Cowper's fluid. It tends to come out in an extra-large quantity when a male is aroused for a long time but gets no relief in the form of an orgasm.

Now, I've been too a doctor. He says he doesn't know what the problem is. It's not anything dangerous that he could see, but ... well, yeah.

Is there anything I can do about this? I've done everything I can think of. I'm getting into a relationship, and if sex presents itself I want to be able to do it.

Please help.
