mornin thinkingahead, If you have been on your bcp for 3 months and have taken them exactly like your supposed to, i would say that you are not pregnant. With the help of a spermicide and condoms and pulling out, you are very protected. Just an FYI tho, spermicide's do get get along with a condom, as the chemicals in the spermicide can and will affect the integrity of it. As far as pulling out, eh, i don't know about that one. Pulling out is not really considered a method of birth control, it's called lucky.
Like you mentioned, it could be that you are trying to get used to the pill. Sometimes a women has to go thru 2 or 3 different brands before they find the right one that agrees with them. Tender breasts are normal when one is trying to adjust to a new hormone being introduced to our bodies via the pill, as well as some feelings that we need to puke. If you continue to have these feelings you should let your doctor know so he may wanna change your script.
Also...i forgot, you could try taking your pill at night before you go to bed or an hour or so before, this way the pukey feeling should be gone by morning.
