Hi, I have a problem that I don't know how to solve. I work at a very strenuous job that doesn't leave me time for anything else. When I come home from work I can wait to get to bed. This is very frustrating because before this job I used to go to the gym and now I don't have time for this. A friend from the office suggested I try Quick release tablets. He says that with them he is able to manage both his job and the gym. Will Quick release help me?

Hi, Quick release is basically a caffeine tablet. I know that when you think of caffeine you feel that it cannot do you any serious damage, since you take it every day in your coffee, but that is where you are wrong. Caffeine is a serious drug. And if you take it in the amounts that are present in Quick release you might seriously endanger your health. It is true that caffeine helps you to stay awake and prepped, but taking it in high concentrations will make you addicted to it. And then you will not be able to function without Quick release at all. So I wouldn't advise you to take Quick release, regardless to what your friend is saying. I am sure that once you adapt to new job and get over the stress of the process, you will find the time to go back to the gym.
