Try to cut down on the sugar intake. Also, eat small meal at a time. Find something that can help you relax, yoga, meditation or even mild exercising. Most importantly , drink plenty of water. Let me know if these suggestions help or I will try to think what other methods helped me, although, I'm still fighting it.

Symptoms include the following - lightheadedness, abdominal cramping, chest pain from indigestion, indigestion, pain in right side rib cage area, air and bloating, gassy, stools (early morning regular then a few loose ones) from 1-4 times a day (the average being 2-3), body aches, joint aches, numbness in legs, vision seems a bit off, chills here and there, headaches, fatigue, feeling thirsty primarily afternoon through evening, and last but not least, right testicular pain (I am a man). Usually this starts off with frequent bowel movements and very frequent urination and indigestion. This will last about a day, then the frequent urination drops off. A few days of abdominal cramping and indigestion and frequent soft stools. The latter half is usually just fatigue, feeling out of it, very minor cramping if any. It can last 4 days to 3 weeks. Each time is different. I have been visiting the doctor and a GI and nothing so far. I know this is something going around hence we are all here. But what is it ?!?!? I took some antibiotics for 3 days called Rifaximin which seemed to really clear me up. But it came back. Maybe I did not have enough antibiotics? I take probiotics daily, have been alternating both vegan and a vegetarian diet the entire time. My wife has it, I think my kids may have it but they are too young to really tell. It does not seem to be contagious but i have no idea. I have had both blood work and stool testing, and they all come back perfect.
I want to start documenting this so please let me know if any of this sounds like something you may have.

I'm just being treated, first time. I know your frustration with doctors....try a website by Dr. Mecola for natural solutions. Can't hurt.

Guys it's sad that hpylori and other digestive disorders have a lot to do with the diet and less with antibiotics.Follow a proper diet and get things under control. Especially the Hpylore and celiac will have to be controlled by a diet. Completely avoid eating these - Gluten ( any food made of wheat and Barley, Bakery products, pizza and do research about gluten free food in the web ) and this has to be not eaten for minimum of 90 days and along with this quit milk, coffee or anything with caffine, soy milk. Eat more vegetables and greens with fruits and have rice or brown rice. Follow this diet for 90 days and you will see the difference along with this make some lifestyle changes like less stress, proper eating and sleep timings and no alcohol and smoking. 90 days of the mentioned diet will give you great relief when done properly without loosing patience and after 3 or 4 months try introducing gluten slowly and see if it's fine. This is not known to much doctors because not much research has been done on the impact of diet on hpylori. For more detailed information read Hpylori Diet by Dave Hompes. This helped me a lot to get back in good health.
