im having a hard time swallowing foods and feels like there is something
like thorns in my throat and hard time breathing, is this a few symptoms of having an h. pylori bacteria?

No, your symptoms are not those of heliobacter pylori. Pylori infects various areas of the stomach and duodenum, not the throat.

That is not to say, however, that you are not infected with pylori. An estimated two thirds of the world's population are infected by the bacterium, making it the most widespread infection in the world. Infection may be symptomatic or asymptomatic (without perceptible ill effects); it is estimated that up to 70% of infection is asymptomatic.
